The Dorsal ulna plate is a component of the fragment specific system which is part of the Total Wrist Fixation System from TriMed. This system also includes the volar bearing plate, wedge screws, as well as a volar fixed angle plate. The ulna pin plate:

- Stabilizes the dorsal DRUJ capsule
- Low profile
- Can address extremely small, distal fragments
