This is a modular systems offering functional use and specially designed for forefoot surgery. The system offers standard and locking screws. The final plate and screw constructs offer great stability allowing early mobilization. The material is titanium which is biocompatible and has a homogenious passivation layer.
There is a range of anatomic locking plates which are low profile and designed for specific applications. Plate holes accommodate locking screws for instant stability and standard screws for variable angle fixation. There is convergent fixed screw placement for greater fixation. Within the selection, opening wedge and step plate designs allow for precise anatomical alignment of the foot. Fixed angle locking screws minimize micro-motion and standard screws allow for variable angle placement.
The screws are 2.7mm self-tapping with standard and locking screws available. The screw head has TX-Lock for optimal torque, power transmission and screw-gripping. The screw head is low profile in the plate with no protrusion.

MP Joint Fusion Plating System Plate-Sytem for stabilization of MP joint arthrodesis. Plate with 10° valgus angle that can be used left and right side. Construct is highly stabile with crosswise fixed screws. Anatomically pre-shaped plate contour ,flat and slim design. Various sizes available and is designed for inter-position-arthrodesis at the MP joint and for revisions with bone graft (e.g. Keller-Brandes). Size S is recommended for standard MP joint fusions and Size M/L are used for interpositioningor fusion with bone graft. The center holes facilitate bone graft fixation.
