HUMELOCK TRAUMA SHOULDER SYSTEM
Humelock is a new generation modular implant designed for the efficient treatment of 3 and 4 part fractures of the proximal humerus. The range of cases in which it can be used is wider than other reconstructive anatomical prostheses.
Humelock can achieve optimal reconstruction of the tuberosities due to the Offset Moduclar System (OMS) which promotes stability and consolidation of the tuberosities which are essential for shoulder function.
Humelock is a solution which takes into account the latest scientific developments in the treatment of cephalotuberosity fractures and is ideal for the treatment of complex shoulder fractures.

CMC CABLE FIX - CARPOMETACARPAL FIXATION SYSTEM
The Instratek CMC Cable FIX is a suture button implant designed to stabliize the thumb metacarpal following removal or partial resection of the trapezium. The Cable FIX is an adjuct to a biological reconstruction of the ligament at the base of the thumb metacarpal for treatment of carpometacarpal arthosis and instablity.
