• The instrument cuts a small cartilage plate precisely, which corresponding to the size of the oval niche 
   

• It cuts a perforation in the center of the cartilage plate identical in size to the foot of the KURZ AERIAL prosthesis. The cartilage plate gives the prosthesis optimal stability.
